NAIFA looks forward to working with the Assistant Secretary to help workers access needed financial products, services, and professional guidance. NAIFA supports enhanced state and federal [consumer protections](https://advocacy.naifa.org/standard-of-care-moc) provided in the [NAIC](https://content.naic.org/) annuity best interest model regulation and the [Securities and Exchange Commission](https://www.sec.gov/)’s Regulation Best Interest.
