Where can I store luggage?
- Arrival – can be stored at the hotel prior to check-in OR a temporary luggage storage space will be available at the meeting location.

What is the event attire?
- Business attire is appropriate.
- The meeting will begin with lunch on Tuesday, March 3. If you arrive to the meeting from the airport, we have allotted time in the schedule for changing or freshening up as needed.
- Please bring comfortable shoes, particularly for the Capitol Hill Tour on Tuesday Evening. There will be extensive walking which will include steps and hard marble floors. Keep your feet comfortable.
What information do I need to provide in preparation to tour the Capitol on Tuesday Evening
- No special information is required.
- A valid picture ID is needed to access the Capitol.
- No food or beverages may be brought into the Capitol.
- At 3:30 pm, we will walk to the Capitol steps as a group from the meeting location. If you are unable to meet with the group, the gathering location is at the House steps of the Capitol as marked on the map located in the conference app under the Tour menu item. Please plan to arrive at the Capitol steps by 3:50 pm.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Please email the request to Barbie LaCasto or Charmell Davis at events@naifa.org with your full name. A confirmation will be sent for the processed cancellation.
- Hotel guestroom will be canceled by NAIFA staff.
When will the Capitol Hill meetings be confirmed?
- Appointments will be added to the App as soon as the Congressional Offices confirm times. Often, just a day or two prior to the meeting.
- A NAIFA representative will be available Wednesday afternoon to assist with questions regarding Capitol Hill appointments.
- Appointments will be scheduled between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, please keep this in mind as you are scheduling your departure travel.
