NAIFA Member Survey Report

Proposed Rule will Harm NAIFA Members' Practices and Limit Consumer Choice

NAIFA conducted a survey of its members in November-December 2023 to assess whether the newly proposed fiduciary-only rule would negatively affect members' clients and their business operations.

The report shows that the proposed rule would have deleterious effects on NAIFA members and fundamentally change how they approach practice and client management.
