On behalf of the entire NAIFA family, I am proud to congratulate Diane Boyle, Senior Vice President of Government Relations, for being named a Top Lobbyist for 2025 by The Hill. This recognition is one of the most respected acknowledgments in the advocacy community and reflects the consistent excellence of Diane’s work and her contributions to advancing NAIFA's mission to promote financial security for all Americans.

This past year presented significant challenges as Congress considered far reaching tax reforms with the potential to reshape the financial futures of families and small businesses. At every turn, Diane ensured that NAIFA’s voice remained central to these debates. Her leadership of our national advocacy effort demonstrated how a well aligned strategy can turn policy complexity into meaningful action.

Under her guidance, NAIFA launched new educational and engagement platforms including the Tax Talk webinar series that provided timely and understandable insights so NAIFA members could stay informed and engage with their senators and representatives. 

Diane's leadership was also on display during the 2025 Congressional Conference when more than 500 financial professionals traveled to Washington for NAIFA's Day on the Hill meetings. These conversations, combined with thousands of letters and local meetings throughout the year, helped secure bipartisan support for preserving Section 199A, strengthening retirement savings incentives, and maintaining the long standing tax treatment of life insurance products. These are victories that protect Main Street financial security and reinforce NAIFA’s role as the national leader for our profession.

Diane’s selection as a Top Lobbyist is a tribute to her skill, her professionalism, and her unwavering commitment to our members. We congratulate Diane on this well deserved honor and thank her for the exceptional leadership she brings to NAIFA every day.
